Charleston, SC Coastal Style Wedding

Everyone meet Jessica and Jeff!

What a WEDDING! What a GREAT TIME to be had by every single person in attendance. Every time I glanced Jessica’s way she was grinning ear-to-ear and couldn’t contain her happiness. Then I would glance over at Jeff and he was the same exact way, and then I would look at the parents and there were lots of pearly whites everywhere. It just doesn’t/can’t get any better than this.  Don’t get me started about the DANCE FLOOR and who lit that up! We had guys on their knees and Natty Heavy made sure every song rocked the house.  It was impossible for the energy to not to be contagious and infectious.

Not only was it so much fun but personally we completely felt like a part of the family, their friends, they made sure to include us, talk to us, let us know the progression of the day –  not  there just to document the day but we actually had the pleasure of being an integral part of the the wedding.  There are times of affirmation in your line of work that just makes you nod and go ‘I LOVE THIS!’ and this was more than one of those times. I can only brag and boast so much without it all sounding cliche but trust me – this day is one that will stick w me for a long time.

Here’s some tidbits about the day.

Charleston, SC is known for it’s wonderful Coastal activities. This particular area that Jessica and Jeff got married is a special inlet that dolphins congregate, (YES! there were witnessed dolphins prior to them saying ‘I DO!’) , paddle-boarders paddle away, kayakers stroke away their stresses. The atmosphere was in full swing around us as the bustle and hustle of wedding festivities were underway. But it certainly echoed of the reasons everyone knows and loves Charleston for.

Wedding Planner: Leah Downs (Umm, Leah, without a DOUBT had that day completely under control) and when I say NEVER, I do mean NEVER is there a time where I get finished up and the wedding planner tells me I have another 15 minutes ‘PLENTY OF TIME’! Yup, that happened.

that cake was BEAUTIFUL! I didn’t get a chance for a taste but heard all the raves. Linda has designed several cakes at weddings I’ve been involved in and nothing but fantastic reviews – taste and design SUPERB!

One of the most sought after DJ’s in the area: Natty Heavy Seriously kept the party hopping and the tunes were fresh. This guy is THE DJ in Charleston.
